A DMC that sells Brazil to the world has to be where the world buys. Last week that was Rimini.
TTG Travel Experience ran from 14 to 16 October 2026 at the Rimini exhibition centre, in its 63rd edition (Italian Exhibition Group, 2026). It closed with 2,800 exhibiting brands, more than 1,000 buyers and around 15,000 business meetings, with foreign exhibitors up 11 percent on the previous year and the international exhibition area up 8 percent (ANSA, 2026). YourBrasil was at the fair, around the Brasil national pavilion.
Why a Brazil Specialist Goes to an Italian Fair
Rimini in October is where Italian and European agencies put next season together. It is not a consumer show. The people walking the aisles are the ones who will be quoting South America in January, and the conversation they want is not inspirational. It is operational.
Brazil came prepared. Embratur exhibited on a 100 square metre stand with 14 co-exhibitors, among them representatives of Amazonas, Foz do Iguaçu and São Luís alongside receptive operators, hotels and airlines (Embratur, 2026). The figure it travelled with: arrivals of Italian visitors to Brazil rose 9.7 percent between January and August 2026, and Italy is Brazil’s fourth largest European source market (Embratur, 2026).
Demand, in other words, is not the obstacle. The obstacle is the gap between an agency that wants to sell Brazil and a country the size of a continent, with 27 states and a domestic logistics map that does not forgive guesswork. That gap is what a DMC is for.
What YourBrasil Does for the Trade
YourBrasil works only with travel agencies and tour operators, never directly with travellers. Ground services are contracted through the agency and delivered in Brazil by our own team, operating under the agency’s brand. The traveller deals with the agency from the first quote to the last transfer, and the commercial relationship stays with the agency. That is what a white label DMC is for.
That covers four things in practice. Ground handling, which means airport meet and greet, private and shared transfers and fleet coordination. MICE, which means venue sourcing, event logistics, gala production and incentive programmes quoted against the client’s brief. Tailor-made FIT for VIP and leisure clients, built city by city and handed back ready to sell. And licensed multilingual guides, sourced and briefed for every group.
There is one commitment behind all of it that matters more than any brochure: a request from an agency gets an answer within 48 business hours, from people who know the destination rather than from a queue.
The Map Behind the Business Card
The coverage is 71 destinations across 27 states and all 5 regions of Brazil, served through 51 gateway airports. Those destinations are chosen for what makes them different, not for what makes them crowded, which is a deliberate position rather than a slogan. Parintins in the North, the Parnaíba Delta in the Northeast, Chapada dos Guimarães in the Midwest and Iguaçu Falls in the South sit in the same catalogue as Rio de Janeiro.
For an agency that has sold Rio and Salvador and is being asked for something else, that second tier is where the next sale is. It is also where the operational risk is highest, and where a briefed local partner stops being a convenience and becomes the condition for selling at all.
Registered, and Why It Is Worth Checking
YourBrasil Turismo Ltda is a travel agency registered with the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism under Cadastur 69.397.429/0001-60, valid from 7 October 2026 to 7 October 2028 (Cadastur, 2026). It is worth asking any Brazilian ground partner for that number before contracting. Registration is public, it is checkable, and in a market with no shortage of intermediaries it is the cheapest piece of due diligence there is.
What This Means for Agencies Planning 2027
Rimini confirmed the direction the numbers already pointed to. The Italian market is growing for Brazil and the national tourism board is investing in presence rather than waiting for demand. The open question for an agency is no longer whether Brazil sells. It is who handles the ground.
For an agency that left Rimini with Brazil on its 2027 planning sheet, the useful next step is not another destination presentation. It is a real brief: dates, client profile, the regions under consideration, and what the ground needs to look like. A brief like that gets an answer within two business days.
Brazil to the world, the world to Brazil. That is the whole job, and a fair like Rimini is one of the places the conversation starts.
